In child development there are two basic truths that your child must learn:

1. You must work hard
2. You must work smart

Hard work stems directly from motivation. For anybody to be motivated, he or she must have goals. No goals, no motivation. A person who has inspiring goals will be motivated and passionate be prepared to work hard to reach those goals, in order to enjoy the rewards and benefits.

The ability to work smart or efficiently, is based on knowledge, skills and techniques.
